I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic - situated in a calm area of Rio, close to the subway and Flamengo beach. The view from my room of the Christ statue was absolutely breathtaking. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable sleeping experience. Lastly, the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, making for a great start to the day.
All in all, everything was great.

Nice location, Rio is a great city. Close to two subway stations. Spacious room. Good breakfest.
Room was a bit dirty, but not to much.

Clean and spacious room with a stunning view of the Christ statue. Despite initial room mix-up, the bellboy quickly resolved the issue. Convenient location near subway and beach. Enjoyed the private jacuzzi in the room. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Hotel was ok, considering the price you are not getting much. Clean, quiet, ok breakfast. Nothing special.
Very overpriced as most things in Rio de Janeiro.

The room had a hidromassage pool and had a nice view on the crist statue. Close to subway, restaurants, flamengo beach. Large room, minibar. They helped me with a taxi when I checked out. I had read they dont help, but they do.
When I checked in I got a small twin room while I booked a double bed one. The bellboy was not friendly but arranged for me a bigger room with a double bed. Bathroom looked dirty. They charged me drinks that I didnt took in the minibar, but after complaining they took price, they also charged me on a upgrade room which I didnt had. So check ur bill well. They said it was a mistake of the computer but I still think its strange. Bellboy rude and unfriendly, some staff at reception also not friendly. No warm water in shower, only in bath. One day no warm water at all.

This hotel was a great find! the location is unbeatable - it's in a calm area, away from the busy streets, yet still conveniently close to the metro and tourist spots. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and made our stay comfortable. Finally, the breakfast had a wide variety of options and we enjoyed starting our day with a hearty meal. Oh, and did I mention the rooms with twin beds? Perfect for friends traveling together!
No major issues, everything was great!

Rude staff who didn't spaek English (you shouldn't be advertising a hotel on your web side which has a personel unable to speak English), very small constantly busy and dirty dining area. There was always very long line for the food - which was very poor, no choice and no taste. Dirty bathroom, repeatedly broken lights in the room. When the hotel had their own taxi drivers waiting outside they were forcing them upon us all the time, but when I asked if the reception could call me a taxi in the middle of the night during the carnival I've been send to the streets to catch my own. Personel (exept one middle age man who acctualy spoke a little bit English) was very rude and unhelpful and laughing at our problems (like no electricity in the room). When my friend got sick with dengue fever we've been offered an aspirin, which is the worst thing you can take for dengue fever. Over all I would never reccomend this hotel. Very very dissapointed.

The breakfast was fine, and in general the restaurant was good
My bathroom didn´t have a special ground for shower, so when I had a shower all the ground was wet.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! Everything was so convenient, from the location next to the subway station, making it easy to travel to top places of the city, to the delicious breakfast that had a great variety of food. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during my entire stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities were spotlessly clean and well-maintained.

Staff was very attentive even though there was very bad language barrier between us. The free breakfast was great! The hotel food was good.
Make sure you take a book or pocket translator for Portuguesse, you're going to need it. Oh yea, you will definitively have to adjust to the bed.

The spacious rooms were a great surprise and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a reasonable selection of food, including some local specialties. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and close to the beach.
The air conditioning in the room was quite old and noisy. , the bathroom could have been cleaner and more modern.
